    <content type="text/plain">We have set up Postal prices that are set based on the amount the customer spends.  i.e Under £25 is £3.10, £25.01-£35 is reduced to £1.50 &amp; over £35 is FREE.  This is set up via the delivery options and works very well, until someone redeems their loyalty points.  If the balance falls below the threshold the customer is still getting the discounted price.&#13;
&#13;
For example: purchase price £35.99, redeem points at £1.50 this would make the order £34.49 and would not qualify for FREE delivery, but the system still applies the FREE delivery.  &#13;
&#13;
The only workaround we are advised is to create a discount, but the defeats the purpose of setting up this in the delivery options.&#13;
&#13;
If the purchase price falls below the offer the system should automatically re-apply the postage even redeeming any discounts/points.</content>

Currently customers have to select to add this and then type out what is needed on a seperate box. We have many instances where the option is not selected but they still choose their customisation without paying the additional fee.&#13;

It would be great if the charge is automatically charged once they type in the box to avoid it being missed</content>

    <content type="text/plain">I have a discount set up to offer free postage if the order value if £100 or above.  Certain items that I sell are bulky and so have an additional carriage charge against them.  However, if the free postage discount is triggered, then the additional carriage is not charged.  I can get around this by increasing the cost of the item itself, however, if people then want to collect it (ie. pay no carriage), then it becomes more expensive for them.&#13;
&#13;
Please can you introduce a flag/switch/check box to allow users to use this both ways, depending on whether they want to remove the additional carriage on the item or not.&#13;
&#13;
This is the way EKM should be developing all features, ie. give the ability for users to choose which way they want to work, because that's the way real life works :)</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Update the showdata tag with an additional flag so nothing but the required value is output.  Currently i'm using the showdata tag to output the price of the cheapest product in a category.  I'm only using [price] in the output_item directive so would expect to only get the numbers representing the price of the product, however instead i'm getting several HTML comments, a span with the word 'from' into it and then a large javascript JSON object containing the configuration details of the tag.&#13;
&#13;
The showdata tag would be far more useful if you had a flag that said "output simplyfied data" and, when set to true, would only output the actual data requested rather than a load of bloated markup and JSON.&#13;
&#13;

The filter is still there however it no longer works. It would be useful to have this back for a quick look on how campaigns are performing or to check code use for affiliate schemes etc, since there is currently no other way of managing affiliate schemes easily.</content>

It is very difficult to search and sort by the product name, as we have numerous products with similar product titles.  An EKM product code is currently given, which is meaningless to us.  Hopefully this will be an easy change to do.&#13;
To make if flexible for other users, if they wanted different information to be output, allow selection of the product fields that are output, so that different users could use this to meet their specific needs.</content>

As a business not solely handling on-line orders, it is imperative for us that there's a robust 'new order' system that manages stock.  Whether this is by adapting the quotation function to allow stock deduction at the point of completing payment (as we do currently in the legacy system) or creating a new ordering system to allow for telephone and emailed orders.</content>

Currently, retailers must set free delivery thresholds based on the goods nett of tax figure. This creates confusion and uncertainty for shoppers, especially when purchasing from B2C retailers supplying products with multiple VAT rates. B2C retailers are unable to display ex-VAT pricing, as this creates confusion in its own right, and so customers' basket totals may exceed the free delivery threshold including VAT, but nonetheless, do not qualify for free delivery because the goods nett total falls below the threshold.&#13;

The solution is to be able to set free delivery thresholds based on goods gross total for chosen delivery methods.</content>

It is becoming tedious to have to go into clear accept find the order and reference details and ask them to process the refund. Also since the update when you mark a refund as refunded the products disappear from the print out. it never used to do this and it means that i have to manually write the products on the refund. this is fast becoming a reason to leave ekm, along with all the other updates that have made processes slower.</content>
