Be able to delete products when viewing 'All products' in the Advanced Inventory Manager

I was trying to delete a product today in the Advanced Inventory Manager when viewing 'All Products' and it seems you can't. There doesn't seem to be any logical reason not to be able to do this that I can see. At the moment, in order to delete a product from the AIM you have to search 'all products', click on the product to find the category, go to said category and click on the checkbox to then delete said product. This can't be all that difficult can it? Or am i missing something?
