% bulk discount on quantity and done shop wide & individually

The simple ability to add a percentage discount by volume shop wide or individually. The present bulk discount requires every item to be calculated and entered by price, takes too long, a simple percentage system would do this across the shop. This would also reduce the time when a price increase or decrease occurs on a product
