PayPal Payment Button - addition of Text

Wish to add Text description ( similar to other Button Options) under the Paypal Express Logo in

Settings>Check out

Description
This will be displayed underneath the payment type logos.

Useful for telling various info eg

"For online Payment only"
"For Paypal Account Holders"

Useful for click and collect as unable to use PayPal Online for in-Person Pickups and Deliveries.

This would be really useful, this suggestion should be implemented as all other custom payment options have a description! Customers as we do wonder why there are 2 PayPal options at checkout with only one of them with a description explaining its use!
