Upgrade the Calendar function

We allow customers to choose their delivery date (Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sun). BUT, customers can choose a date in the past. This should be disabled once the date has gone. Plus, we would like the Flexibility to turn off specific dates. For example, if we want to turn off only one particular Friday, but not all Friday's, this would be very helpful. Currently, you cannot do this.

For me, it would be great if the delivery date was linked to the delivery option - eg, I have an option that is collect in store, they can do this Mon - sat so if they pick that, sunday could be unavailable. But my postage deliveries are only Tues - Thurs, so I would need different calendar options for that.
