Regular cache clearance

Would it be possible to find an automated way to clear the cache on our/any ekm website to ensure the site speed is as efficient as possible.
Delays in discovering slower site speed can have a harmful impact on sales, and at the moment can only be done by request, which could be later than ideal resulting in lost business.
