Improvements to Enable Add to Cart Button ( Back end)

Can the check box option (in back end) be placed in a more rememberable ( and logical imo) - in basic detail section under the "Price" . It is a basic details, not really an attribute of the an individual product.
May be infrequently used, but when feels like spend a lot of time working out where it has been hidden!
