Improvements to Customer Record - GDPR

Would be nice if their was an automated way that could CLICK a single button in customer record ( or other areas * and one could auto sanitize a customer record.

GDPR requires data deleteion ( as opposed to delete account) request. Manually overwrite option to update their record in EKM system with sanitized data (not randomized data)

*espeically guests accounts and potential customers who have not completed orders.

eg:
GDPRDELETE for NAME
GDPRDELETE@yourcompanyname.com for EMAIL
GDPRDELETE for ADDRESS
GDPRDELETE for TOWN etc

That way statistical / tranaction record is still visible but no personal data kept
