If a Guest checks out ( incomplete) with email and an email communication is sent via "Abandoned Cart Saver" ( eg 1 hour, 1 day, 2 days) it SHOULD be shown as a communication under the back end. Via View Order> View Customer> Communication ( at bottom). So have audit trail of what was sent to them.
