Move Stripe application fees invoices to "Billing Details and Invoices"

Currently the application fee invoice is in Payments > (Stripe) Edit > View Application Fees. this is not a logical place to find it. It isn't even mentioned in the Stipe help on EKM, so, having just moved to Stripe, it took some time, research and enquiries to find why I couldn't balance sales, payments, and Stripe invoices. If there is an area called "Invoices", then, intuitively, thats where you look and all invoices should be there, rather than under "edit"
