Single Button Order Export/Export by Order Status

We have our own order processing system (as we make most of our products to order). At the minute the order export process is cumbersome requiring multiple clicks. Also there is no option to only export current/outstanding orders. It would be really (really) useful if we could export only outstanding orders (using saved settings) with a single click.

We export orders as a .csv file in order to print them via a data variable software. I would like to be able to filter the data exported by status.
At the moment it exports all orders and we then have to manually sort the pending orders from the dispatched and incomplete orders
(using the filter function in excel doesn't work as we need to export using the multi line format and the status isn't represented in every cell)
Ideally I would like to select the data to export by status

When I create reports on my sales I have to export all of the orders regardless of them being completed or incomplete. I then have to go through the entire sales to delete the incomplete ones. It is quite time consuming and I would love to be able to only export processed or completed orders please?
