Gift Card Variant Type

The Gift Card variants are in the traditional 'drop-down' style and currently can't be changed. This is not ideal when all your other product variants are using, say, the 'size' variant type. Need to have the ability to change the Gift Cards from 'drop-down' variants to a different type
