PaymentSense gateway integration

PaymentSense are a popular merchant services provider, claiming 70k customers. They have their own gateway and plugins or integrations for all the popular ecommerce platforms, except EKM. We are currently using them through SagePay, but paying much more for SagePay than we would if we could use the PaymentSense gateway. I have used their gateway successfully on a Magento site some time ago.
