404 page

  Hi, I'm surprised this isn't a standard available feature and can't imagine it being difficult to achieve. I can only imagine that most of EKM's customers are not aware of the desirability of having a welcoming 404 page that matches your site.

  I have got around this and created our own 404 page.
  Add a new webpage in the 'Design' tab, you can create the 404 page exactly how you want it.
  Then use '301 redirects' to change your 404 link (/index.asp?function=ERROR404&type=PRODUCT) to your newly created landing page.
