Delivery Note option

It would be great to see a delivery note template incorporated in to the EKM shop rather than have to remove the 'price' from the printed invoice. At present the invoice without the prices is still displayed as 'invoice' and not 'delivery note'.

Just to clarify, you'd like to see a delivery note that is separate from the invoice for each order? Please let me know so I can discuss this with the relevant Team. :)
