Layout Editor - Separate Mobile and Desktop versions

The new layout editor is great but we need a version that allows separate layouts for the desktop, tablet and mobile versions.

With less screen estate on mobiles, the "mobile browser" version of a website should be simpler. Being able to disable some sections of the layout just for a mobile device would really help.

This suggestion has been marked as 'not planned' as separate mobile and desktop version is no longer considered best practice. The Aerial Theme and it's editor does allow a lot of freedom in terms of editing between desktop and mobile views: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44002344557 :)
