Vat totals at all stages cart, basket, invoicing is not displayed correctly

In the cart, basket, invoices It displays.................
products - net price
subtotal ( net price off the products only )
delivery - net price
VAT
Total price

It should be as per 99% off all invoices i receive in business

Products - net
delivery - net
subtotal - total net price (product+delivery)
VAT total
total price
