Filter Payment Gateway Options for Overseas Orders

It would be great if it was possible to filter the locations for certain payment methods to avoid orders being cancelled as the wrong option was chosen.

For example - Bank Transfer, Cheque & Telephone payments, UK only

Currently the only way to do this is to add "UK Only" on to the narrative. If the option to filter was available then the customer would only see the available options and would prevent loss of sales/re-submissions.

It would be great to see something similar to the postage options, only show what is relevant to the customer.

Do not know what this is, explanation would be great.
We are physically based in Canada, so all items recieved or shipped are from our Canadian operation.

Hi Dinkyclub, this suggestion is requesting for a setting where the payment gateways can be limited to countries. For instance, having a Cheque payment Gateway, but setting this so only UK based customers could use it. Hope this clears things up :)
