Move 'Additional Checkout Information' towards the top of Order Page

I have to scroll down on every order, just in case a Customer has left a note for the order. If it is higher up on the page, it will be visible straight away.

yes all this scrolling could be improved, not sure why the email is also only part shown which also just involves an extra click many times a day

Been a year since I suggested this, and nothing has changed :-(

A few times, I have forgot to scroll down an order and missed vital notes!

Why can't the order page be wider, so all information is on the one part, without scrolling?

I like where is as not used by customer more so myself and prefer lower down. As used to keep track when delivered of when priniting invoices. Possibly better would be ability to move segment around backend portal. So everyone can have where prefer top or bottom.
