Email and Phone validation

Want to accurately capture email and phone data within EKM, it’s a pain when a customer calls and says “I’ve not had a confirmation email” only to find they entered the email incorrectly! Will also help with maintaining contact relationships with customers and advising of promotions.
AFD Software whom we use for address validation outside of EKM provides this functionality and I would like to have this functionality integrated within EKM.

You don't even need to provide an email address even in this field - this needs updating ASAP as it is causing issues with order confirmations and meaning some customers are ordering from multiple emails if typed incorrectly or accidentally using a diff address.
