Feedback
I have made several suggestions over the past year, however there doesn't seem to be any timely review and feedback from EKM. It all comes down to votes. After a short time your suggestions just get lost as they move down the list, so less likely to get any votes and therefore no chance of ever being implemented. I pay my monthly fees and take the time to make suggestions, so it would be nice to at least get them looked at and some feedback. Not every suggestion made is applicable to every EKM customer and therefore there will be many that don't get a high number of votes. However this shouldn't mean that they are not worthy of being looked at, considered and fed back to the customer making the suggestion.

Eve Bolan AdminHi Donna, this suggestion has been marked 'unplanned' as the implementation of suggestions depends on lots of factors, not just the number of votes. Suggestions are regularly fed back to our UX/UI Team and you can often see the results of these requests baked into new functionalities on the Labs page within the Settings of your EKM online shop. There are also regular posts within EKM Community - our Facebook Group - that list all of the latest suggestions for other EKM online shop owners to vote on. Finally, when there is no response directly on the suggestion itself please reach out to the Customer Support Team who will be able to update you on any changes. :)
