Show Paypal "Pay in 3" option on product page

Why does the option of selecting payPal "Pay in 3" not appear on product pages, at least the customer would know when looking at the product that they had the option to select this rather then getting to the final check out page before this option is presented to them. By showing Pay in 3 option on the product pages would this not therefore increase more sales
