Improvements To email Marketing Lists in Checkout

Presently the add to Email Marketing list is in the "Order Complete" page - suggest also be able to put it in "Order Summary" page in checkout process (if cannot have both them may need to work out logic), Allows for more varied customer customised experience for thouse who may be more likely to sign up before completing an order, Some people may already have "moved on" post ordering so opportunity is lost.
Also reminder that: https://suggest.ekm.com/suggestions/41929/email-marketing Needs to be actioned to accurately provide pop-up message text ( as one is not immediately subscribed , as need confirmation)
