Improvements to EKM Email Marketing - Auto Upload of Consent via Checkout Opt-in

Presently we have to do a Manual and Periodic import of people into ekmresponse who sign up for marketing during checkout, via "Checkout Opt-in Permission"

Whilst we should do it Periodically in theory, checking after every new order is one more thing to do. As new signs up are not "flagged" for action this can cause loss of Marketing potential, and additional tasks for storeholder.

Suggestions:
Short-term fixes
1) Put a warning in the back-end, so people reminded about need for process ( see attached in red) when set up
2) If Present prcess maintained - implement a flag to notify shop owners of a new orders with "Customer" who has requested sign up. ( Prompt so only have to no it when necessary)

Long-term fixes
3) Have a Batch Process eg Daily of New Customers ekmshop>ekmresponse of customers who have signed up
4) Have Granularity that they are put in ( selectable) Group(s) ( eg 2nd SIGN UP Group in SETTINGS ( though could be the same as email signups - see Blue in attached)
