Payment Gateways info to have rate they charge and features displayed

When going to Payments > Add Payment Method, have next to the Payment Gateway the features and charges involved with using that payment method

Some payment methods are expensive and charges could be applied to drive customers to use payments more friendly also for us saving commissions and fees that can be avoided.
