Klarna - Monthly payments option for customers

With the current integration, there is no pay monthly function which customers can split the payment over a handful of months.

Already been waiting on this since Klarna was first introduced and it's known as their Slice It service.

Plenty of alternative and similar options.

Although the only feature on EKM is the V12 option but they have some terrible ratings compared with alternatives.

Our competitors are using this feature from Klarna. We need this payment function to bring in more sales and payment for customers to settle in full over 12 monthly payments?

when we were sold klarna last september, we were told this functionality would be available by Christmas. That was last Christmas. no news yet.

This would give EKM users a huge sale advantage especially for larger purchases, we have also been waiting for this feature for a long time.

V12 also required a minimum revenue that is higher than our business currently takes, so V12 is not an option. We know that with our range of high ticket products, a pay monthly option would really increase our revenue.

Worldpay also works with recurring payments and they are already EKM's partners, so it ALL depends on EKM

This really needs to happen. The fact that we cant even sign up directly with Klarna to receive the 'slice it' option and then link with EKM (Not sign up through the integration) leaves us at a massive disadvantage to our competitors and would seriously tempt us to leave EKM.

I have spoke to Klarna regarding this and it is something they are willing to integrate with EKM, they just need you guys to make the move! All our competitors offer retail finance some via klarna so not having this option is drastically limiting our potential sales.
