Unique product image on variants
The ability to add a 'unique' image to variants, so when a customer chooses a colour/product from the dropdown menu etc., the picture of only that product is shown. So you could have a main image of many items, which you upload through images and then a separate image of the different variants/colours of the product could be added linked to the variant, so the customer sees exactly what they are purchasing, instead of the default image for all.

Fahed MergedIt would be helpful if we could have a main product image showing the full selection of colours & sizes, without a variant selected.
This would prevent customers adding the wrong variant by mistake - and allow better imagery per variant.

AndreG MergedAt present, the image that shows on the category page for a product, is the default variant. It would be hugely useful if this could be a different image to the variant, especially where the variants look different, the category image could (for example) show a stack of the different variants (e.g. colours that the product comes in, so when someone clicks through to the product, they will have a feeling for what variants are available).

If you go to the variant tab and edit each variant, you can add or change each image. Perhaps it depends on the theme used.
What is missing is a "clear selection" to return to the default image -
