The functionality for buyers to scroll down a list of products adding the number of each they require before clicking one button at the bottom to add all to cart.

OMG YESSS!!!! Would LOVE this on our wholesale cart where they can put quantity of multiple products visible on a page or in a category, then 'add all to cart' button would make ordering multiples SO MUCH FASTER for the end user.
