Option to add products from your store directly in to Facebook shop and therefore easy to tag products on Instagram Shopping as well.

PaulineI would definitely be interested in this option also. A lot of customers DM me so I have to manually add orders myself. I know it doesn't take long but if there was a direct link I feel more customers would use this option.

Alison Mergedwould be good if your latest instagram posts appeared on your shop

Sorina Lupsa MergedThis would be extremely helpful if you have a large inventory to add to your Facebook shop, it's time consuming adding individual products one by one when you have thousands in your EKM shop. Similar to Shopify where you link your shop to Facebook shop and all of your products are on Facebook as well as EKM updating the stock automatically. It gives you more exposure and customers can buy directly from your Facebook page, making tagging on Facebook and Instagram much quicker and easier.

WendyThis would be amazing! I'm just starting to add each of my products to my Facebook shop so i can do product tagging on Instagram and it takes ages!

JohnsonWith this not even planned yet I am seriously considering leaving EKM for shopify who do understand the importance for a business to be directly connected to a Facebook shop.

GemmaThis would be a great tool, the facebook pixel proves difficult to make this possible. A direct link from EKM to facebook shop would save a lot of time. Has this been 'under consideration' from 2018!? crazy

Saltan Salt100% a great idea!!! I have spent months trying to get all our products past Instagram's review stage.
This would help us massively EKM, please make it a priority. -

MillieReally need this to be done soon. Adding products to Facebook is very time consuming.
You'd think an integration with Facebook shop would be done by now.
Even if you add your popular products you still need to go back and keep the products up to date.
Come on EKM! -

MillieUpdate - I have now used our EKM product data feed to add all our products to Facebook (Facebook Product Catalogue) and also links though to Instagram to be tagged in posts and added to the Instagram Shop Tab.
I hope this helps others. -

NickAccording to Facebook, this feature requires just Facebook Pixel and the correct Product Microcode metadata in EKM pages (price, SKU, Availability, Image, Title, EAN, etc.). Facebook tell me to ask EKM to enable "Facebook Pixel product microcode" in header, then to create a new catalogue in Facebook Business Manager and point it at your pixel. Facebook will then crawl the site and auto populate the products from there apparently...

MarkStill no update on this? It now has the top number of votes and has been under consideration since 2018. This would be a great feature so please make it happen soon!

Eve Bolan AdminHi all,
Bear in mind that you can already submit the Product Feed from the Google Tools feature into your Facebook Business Manager Account, which will import all of your Products onto your Facebook Page Shop tab and in turn these can be used when tagging for Instagram Shopping. :) -

DavidIs this still going ahead? I have tried to use the google feed to upload books that we sell but we always get an error and they won't upload. "Universal IDs are missing: "brand", "gtin", "identifier_exists", "mpn" ".
We ise ISBN numbers and books tend not to have a brand but a publisher. When we had a Wordpress site, it worked fine so if something could make this a lot easier, or in our case, possible, that would be great -

Eve Bolan AdminHi David, you will need to apply the Custom Attributes to your Products whether there is an integration or not. You can read more about Custom Attributes in this Guide: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44000856718 :)

ChrisI've gone down the route of creating a file to upload. This worked better than trying to use the google text feed link, which had loads of errors. I did have to edit the file and match FBs fields. It also struggled with variants and didn't recognise them. And the final issue is that the description field contains any additional HTML you may have embedded into the decription. So all-in-all a pretty dispiriting experience. It's not useable as a way for people to buy direct from FB as it's just too much admin to maintain if you have products that change regularly.

Richard PageI can't wait for this. Thanks, EKM :)

PeterThis would be a huge bonus for me. I'm only now planning to use Facebook Shop so this feature would make setting that up a massive advantage over manually importing all the products.
I've very few competitors on Facebook and have a much larger presence than they do so I could really benefit from this feature. -

RachaelPlease do hurry with this. Im a reseller and customers are opting to use the likes of Shopify because of the inbuilt feed. No one wants to have to list their products on their webshop and then have to manually do it again on social sites. We're losing potential custom because of lack of integrations like this.

RichardIt looks like this has been 3 years in the making - is there any updates on the progress of this feature? :)

DanielI spoke to Meta today about setting up a properly integrated shop and they are directing people to quit EKM and join Shopify in order to use their services. While I was unwilling to switch, their advice about making a small shopify store in order to use Meta in addition to EKM is tempting. This is a slippery slope to jumping ship though and I would much prefer if EKM stepped in.

Eve Bolan AdminYou can add the Product Feed from your EKM online shop to your Meta Business account - and therefore offer tagged products on both Facebook and Instagram - by following the steps in this guide: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44002200771 :)
