For VAT to be pulled through within the basket field on both SagePay integrations

Independent VAT values are currently not displaying on SagePay because we haven't assigned them to the basket field that is sent.

Also the basket details need to be pulled through on the SagePay form integration. I link with Sage50 Accounts so these details are very important
