Trustpilot support
At the moment to use TrustPilot's review invitation you have to manually add a CC'ed email address to each email send to a customer. This CC'ed email goes to trustpilot and allows them to then send the customer a review invitation.
Would it be possible to add CC'ed email addresses into the email templates ? so that we do not have to manually add the trustpilot address to every email sent out.

Paul WestwellNow that Trustpilot are not allowing manual, copy and paste and file uploads for review requests, it is more important that this is automated as above or a direct integration to Trustpilot as available as a plugin for the big ecommerce platforms.

Really struggling to justify keeping the website at the moment. If there was a way we can get Ebay reviews somehow transferred it would be great.
Trying not to rely on Ebay or Amazon these days. -

Donna Blackman MergedCould the ability to enter a bcc address on the order despatched email template be added please. For instance, for Trustpilot to save having to manually enter it every time

Paul MergedThis is essentially the same as https://ekmcom.featureupvote.com/suggestions/26747/trustpilot-support. Please vote for both, or merge the two suggestions.

Tom MergedYes definitely. When we followed the EKM blog guide for implementing Trustpilot we could never get it to work correctly and i think this is the reason why.

LynneCompletely agree with you Roger Widdowson. I have 100% 5 star reviews on ebay & etsy. It would be very helpful if all reviews from anywhere were integrated into a designated area on our sites.
I've seen so many websites now which have this feature as standard & feel like I'm lagging behind them, because my website reviews are, of course, under each relevant product.
