Out of Stock Variants - Improvements to the missing pages analytics

Improve the management of missing pages for out of stock products or deleted products. When a product variant is out of stock it would be better if the system automatically updated the links to redirect to the original product and then reactivated when back in stock. Also old products that are deleted from our store it would be better if these were auto redirected to the home page. We get a lot of missing pages reported based off these two.
