Ability to customise the 404 Product Not Found page
It would be beneficial and assist conversion if we could customise this page with our own branding and copy

John Clegg MergedHi, I'm surprised this isn't a standard available feature and can't imagine it being difficult to achieve. I can only imagine that most of EKM's customers are not aware of the desirability of having a welcoming 404 page that matches your site.

Millie MergedI have got around this and created our own 404 page.
Add a new webpage in the 'Design' tab, you can create the 404 page exactly how you want it.
Then use '301 redirects' to change your 404 link (/index.asp?function=ERROR404&type=PRODUCT) to your newly created landing page.

Clain D silva Merged@Millie This no longer works as the page URL does not redirect to a (/index.asp?function=ERROR404) url instead it now sets a 404 header with the same url.
