Google Shopping - Sale Price Annotations

Would it be possible to add the functionality for sale price annotations to be added to the existing product feed? This would increase traffic to EKM online shops as potential customers could see the new sale price at a glance on Google Shopping and click through to the shop in question. This already exists.

If you set the custom attribute `SALEPRICEEFFECTIVEDATE` it will get passed to googles `[sale_price_effective_date]` details here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324460

This will cause the feed generator to use the product's RRP as the product's `[price]` and the current product's price to be sent as the `[sales_price]`
