Google conversion Tracking Code

To whom it may concern,

I was on the phone today with google trying to set up my 'Google Ads Conversion Tracking Code'. However, there's a problem with the email variable currently on my (Ekm Google tools, in the Google Ads Conversion Tracking Code section.) It is not the right one and thus not working, google needs the correct 'email variable' to finish the set-up. Would appreciate it if this could be fixed or if someone could get in touch with me, please?

I have just phoned EKM, and I was told to put this request up here for the developers.
