Options weight and pricing

Add weight differences between different options
If options have price increases the total on the product page should change when selected - the same way variations changes the total price

We need to be able to to add RRP and discounted price to each option. As the customer adds the options to the main product we need the grand total RRP to increment, so customers can see the saving
