Repeat customer analytics

It would be good for there to be a way to search under analytics for more data on returning customers.
For example, a report that could be downloaded which shows the number of return customer we receive in a given month.
For example - from our total orders in February 2023, the number of these which were from customers which have ordered from us previously.

You can do this by using the new Order Section, filtering the orders by date and then clicking the down arrow next to the Customers header to see which orders were made by registered customers: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44002416340 :)

Hi - thanks for this. I was able to follow the instructions up until clicking the arrow next to the Customers header - because this only arranged the orders into alphabetical order, and I could see no option to make this relate to registered customers?

Hi Harry, apologies - I've given you the wrong directions above! The quickest way is to export customers to a spreadsheet. On that spreadsheet, CustomUser ID is populated with a number when that person has made an account on your EKM online shop. The column next to it, CustomerID, is populated with a number when a person has checked out of your shop as a guest. Hope this helps! :)
