Aerial - Support to manage the "In Category Description" via layout editor

The aerial theme doesn't currently support the ability to move the "In Category Description" via layout editor.
Legacy themes do offer this functionality - so it can cause a cluttered page via mobile yet for SEO purposes the information is relevant and helps our rankings.
