PayPal billing details fix

let's say a customer selects 'Delivery address same as billing address' and then checkout with paypal, the old billing address would be replaced, but in delivery it still says "Same as billing address" but it's not anymore it's the same as the address in the internal notes, this is a little confusing for shop owners. Maybe from a usability standpoint, it may be worth moving the old billing details to delivery details IF the original billing details change based on PayPal details and IF the end-user has selected 'Same as billing address'?

What should happen and your suggestion puts doubt into my mind as to whether it does already is the address provided by PayPal should be the delivery address otherwise you would not be eligible under Seller Protection policy for cover if you were scammed by the buyer as you do need to post to the delivery address.
