Dedicated customer service section

An area that shows all you current customer services issues in date order. If a customer service issue arises you go to the section, add a new issue, type in notes, link it to a relevant order in your orders list. Then you can modify it as things change. Once its complete it can be set to completed and it moves to completed customer issues. Or you just have a list of issues and some are marked as open and some as completed. It could be created so you can send updates to the customer. I think it would be extremely helpful to have a list of all your customer issues in one place so you can keep track of them and their status etc.
