Reviews.io - Now i don't get receive any further code updates for new features or for bug fixes

Hi I recently had Reviews.io installed on my site. Which looks and works great. But what I didn't realise was that by having this integration and going into custom mode my site now does not get any automatic updates or bug fixes.
Is there a way around this so we get our theme updates despite the third party integrations ?

Bill PilkingtonI raised the same point with one of the support team. It seems a shame that installing recommended features stops theme updates.

Eve Bolan AdminHi Hans, How was Reviews.io installed on your EKM online shop? The reason I ask is that in the Guide here: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44001778107-reviews-io you don't need to put the shop into Custom Mode. :)
