If you add a tick box as an additional information on checkout customers can tick both boxes.

currently when adding the checkbox version of additional information it lets you tick as many of the boxes as you want, so you could tick yes and no rather than it being yes or no.

This is causing a lot of issues in our checkout flow - should be able to switch on whether they can select more than one option or not.
