More flexible payment options

Could you make more flexible payment options for customers who have shops but need to fix up stores and don't make orders yet. For example, you have dormant mode, for which I would pay 9.99, but would be able to fix it, but clients wouldn't be able to make orders until I switch back to full mode. Thank you

This suggestion has been marked as Not Planned, as this is something you can do already. If you contact the Customer Support Team, they will be able to remove the Add To Cart buttons from your shop to prevent customers making orders.

So, will I still be able to work on website even i am in dormant mode, as it is said that: "you will be unable to log into your EKM online shop when it is in Dormant Mode." For example, in Shopify they have 3 payment options: one is full price with full mode, when customers can make order. Dormant mode when they pay 9.99 for fixing their own shop, but customers cant make orders, and free mode , when closed shop temporary.

No, you will not be able to work on your online shop whilst it is in Dormant Mode. Dormant Mode is for shop owners who are taking a break from their business for a period of time. If you wish to work on your EKM online shop but not allow orders to go through, you can use the Password Protect feature.
