Hi Sarah, I've marked this Suggestion as 'Not Planned' as information like this within the Checkout Flow itself can encourage customers to click to see other pages and potentially not complete their purchase. For the information you've listed above, this can be implemented on dedicated Webpages and on the Quick Announcement feature. Dependent on the Theme you're using, you may also be able to create dedicated Design Images for these Webpages throughout your shop and hyperlink them accordingly. Hope this helps! :)
