It would be good if the billing/shipping address for overseas orders would have a box asking for this information at checkout.

Hi Steph, I've marked this suggestion as 'Not Planned' as it is already possible. If you look at this Guide: https://support.ekm.com/support/solutions/articles/44000856402 you can add boxes for information to your Checkout Flow. :)
