Adding an alert for order notes

Currently when a customer sends a message for additional info it goes to the order notes. However there is not alert or email when these messages are sent. As a result we tend to miss them especially if the message is sent after the order has been dispatched. Would be great to get a copy of the order note sent via email so we can respond straight away.
