Improvements to Emails to Customers / Templates

Presently unlike all other event emails there is no TEMPLATE for the "Send Customer Email" for ad-hoc emails ( in customer section) . So have to manually a paste a "Signature"into it - please can we have a Template similar to other customer email templates, that it uses so can have SIgnature )( or other thisgs if wish) always put on email.
