Improvements to Data Retention and Deletion Visibility of Backups - GDPR Compliance

Have on shop backend, information viewable as to when last Backup has occured e.g.: Your Server XX was Backed-up at 02.32Hrs Tuesday 22/6/2021

This will allow better process handling should a GDPR data deletion request received as to when it would be fully actioned. Also not having to call up Help Desk to find out when has happened (Who are very helpful :) ) but by actively providing visibility online, is one less call in.

Sounds like a good one to apply if I understood what you are referring too.
Knowledge of server issues is limited from an operations point of view.
Have to rely on programmer/server backup manager to do this if programming of any kind is required.
Downloads, uploads & data xl spread sheet I can do the rest are foreign to me.
What I would like is to be able to download all shop code to a Programe language editor that one could make changes then upload after review & approval by EKM?
Possible?
