LeonThis one is a surprising omission from the EKM systems? We get all kinds of options in customer orders, ability to edit, communication history, etc but there's nothing to show when an order has been dispatched? This means we have to keep a secondary manual postage record so that we can answer customer queries as to when their order was posted out.

Olly Garmston MergedCustomer would like the ability to export order information for when the delivery status was changed so that he can pass it onto the courier (orders that he have dispatched that week) so the courier can upload it to their system.
He may have orders that were placed 10 months ago but have only been able to dispatch it now. He would like the ability to filter on excel when the status was changed. -
