VAT on carriage confirmation

currently the order confirmations dont show VAT on the carriage so i have hadf a number of customers call to complain about being overcharged as the total for the goods plus the vat is less than what has been charged to their card. We have a £4.99 carriage which actually ends up at £5.99 with VAT but the confirmation doesn't show this.

Hi Daniel, it might be worth checking the Delivery Price Tax option on the Settings> Tax page of your EKM online shop, as well as the settings on the Delivery Methods themselves. If you're not sure where these settings are, contact the Customer Support Team who will be able to log into your account and advise your further. :)
